Pre-Purchase Questions
How much is the shipping fee?
When you place an order with Sneaker in UK, there are no shipping fees. This applies to orders delivered to England.
Is express delivery available?
Currently, we only offer standard shipping for our products.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Stripe.
Order & Delivery Status Questions
How can I track my order?
You can find the tracking information in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. If your order contains multiple items, delivery dates and tracking details may vary for each item.
What should I do if my tracking number doesn't work?
It may take 3 to 5 business days for tracking numbers to become active in the shipping carrier’s system. Depending on the shipping method, tracking information may not be immediately available. Rest assured, your order is still on its way. Please contact our customer service if your order has not arrived after 30 business days.
What if a package is missing?
Most deliveries arrive on time. Sometimes tracking may show “delivered” even if you haven’t received the item yet. If this happens:
- Check the delivery location (mailbox, porch, etc.).
- Review your order confirmation for tracking status.
- Use the tracking link in your confirmation to find the local carrier.
- Contact your local shipping provider for more information.
- If you still can’t find the package, contact our customer support.
How long do refunds and replacements take?
Once we confirm via email that you’re eligible for a refund or replacement:
- Your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 business days.
- For replacements, you will receive a tracking number within 7–10 business days.
- For refunds, the amount should be credited to your account within 7–10 business days.
Please note: Your payment provider determines when the funds are credited.
What should I do if I see an unknown charge?
If you notice a charge you don't recognize:
- Check your order confirmation email for details.
- Ask if a family member or friend placed the order on your behalf.
- Contact your bank for clarification.
- If the issue persists, reach out to our customer service for assistance.
Order Changes & Adjustments
How can I change or cancel my order?
You can modify certain details of your order within 24 hours by contacting us through our contact form.
After 24 hours, the order goes into production and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Are there any cancellation fees?
If your order is still eligible for cancellation, no cancellation fees will be charged.
How can I exchange my items?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you have any issue with your order, please contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery. We’ll help arrange a refund or replacement, if applicable.

Why was my payment declined?
For privacy and security, your bank doesn't share reasons for declined transactions.
Please contact your bank directly for assistance or try an alternative payment method.
